- 2 shots espresso
- 12 oz oat milk steamed
- 1.5 oz Monin Maple Spice Syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
- Graham crackers
Portion a dash of cinnamon into a measuring glass
Extract the espresso on top of the cinnamon
Fill a serving cup halfway with ice. Pour oat milk over ice (3/4 of the way full.)
Add maple syrup and pour espresso over drink mix
Top with whipped cream and garnish with a graham cracker square
