- 4 large ripe Hass avocados
- 1/2 cup red onion finely chopped
- 2 limes freshly squeezed
- 1/2 jalapeños seeded and minced
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 large Roma tomato diced
- 1/4 cup cojita cheese
Using a fork, roughly mash the avocado (note: don’t overdo it! The guacamole should be a little chunky)
Add the remaining ingredients and stir
Top the guacamole with cojita cheese (can substitute with queso fresco or feta)
